Booking the Retreat
Full options for ordained nuns only
Attending the retreat for those who require accommodation and/or food, necessitates making a booking.
Please note: if you do not require food or accommodation, then no booking is necessary, (or available).
You simply arrive at the site and buy a daily ticket – or a ticket for a number of days – at an Administration/Facility daily charge of $35.00.
You can then bring your own food or purchase food at the Atisha Centre courtyard/dining-room.
If you do require accommodation and/or food, there are 3 options:
Option 1: Attending the whole retreat (43 days);
Option 2: Attending single weeks (6 separate weeks – individually bookable);
Option 3: Attending single weekends (5 separate, bookable weekends).

There are limited subsidies available to help sangha members who are financially restricted.
Please indicate on the booking form below if you wish to apply for a subsidy.
A written application will be required.
Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration by a participant
Cancellations received 8 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund less $10 administration fee (including GST).
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event will incur a 30% administration fee (including GST).
Cancellations received the day before the event, the day of the event, or after the event, will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Change of registration
If you wish to change your registration there will be a $10 administration fee for each change.

Transfer of registration
All registrations are transferable.
Transfers to be made in writing by the registered person to firstname.lastname@example.org
All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
There will be a $10 administration fee for a transfer of registration.
Cancellation of the event by HOW Inc.
HOW Inc., reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly
to the event, for any circumstances beyond the HOW Inc. reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of the event itself.
A full refund of the retreat registration is offered, if the event is cancelled.
HOW Inc. accepts no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred.
Participants are advised to email email@example.com prior to making any travel arrangements.
